Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

✓ Authorisation Check: When you place your order, we'll temporarily hold an authorisation on your card for the purchase amount. This verifies your card's validity and available funds without actually charging you.

✓ Inventory Confirmation: We'll then confirm with our supplier that the item you ordered is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

✓ Payment Processing: Once confirmation is received, we'll process the full payment on your card and dispatch your order.

✓ Backorder Notification: In the rare case of an item being on backorder, we'll immediately cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you of the expected delay.

Tracking Your Order

Once you confirm your purchase, we'll check if your selected item is in stock and ready to go. If everything's available, we'll process the payment on your card and dispatch your order. For courier deliveries, you'll receive tracking details via email within 24 hours of dispatch.  If you opted for installation services, your order will follow a separate timeframe. A dedicated team member will contact you personally to discuss the details and schedule the installation.

Product Inspection & Damages

Upon delivery, please inspect your order packaging thoroughly before signing. Ensure the product packaging matches your expectations in terms of quality and condition. If you find any damage, please take photos for reference and contact our support team within 24 hours at support@habea.co.uk. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Please note you must contact us within the 24 hour period for your claim to be valid. 

Refunds & Returns

Here's what you need to know:

✓ Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened, unused, and undamaged Habea products for a full refund.

✓ Condition of Returned Products: Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and instructions included. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products.

✓ Return Shipping Costs: You as the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs of returning or exchanging products to our suppliers.

Restocking Fee: Some items will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% depending on the product & supplier.

✓ Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase within 14 business days.

Exceptions:

Items damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be refunded.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at returns@habea.co.uk or phone 020 8050 4330 to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your items back to our suppliers.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to be covered for third-party damage.

Please contact us if you wish to exchange a product. Please note you as the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs & associated costs when exchanging items.

We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. By placing an order with Habea, you agree to this delivery and refund policy. This policy applies to all purchases made on our website.
